Lil' Anahata

Anahata is the Sanskrit term used for the Heart Chakra. This circulating energy field or vortex located at heart along your spine, is the fourth of the seven chakras in the body. It is most strongly associated with unconditional love and self- love, joy, and compassion. Anahata means “unstruck or unbeaten sound”, the sound that is produced without striking any objects. This is associated with a calm sound of the void of peace, also called soundless sound. Anahata is the door in between, the bridge where the lower meets the higher – three chakras below and three above, integrating the manifest with the spiritual. It is a great experience of oneness.

This "Lil' Anahata" bowl was created with crystals whose energies embody and assist the Heart Chakra's main significance.Gathered in a beautiful vintage pink desert dish with flower motifs, this sand garden is the perfect little reminder of the importance of centering our being and exemplifying all that is love within and around us.

What is inside the Melody:

1. Rose Quartz is the stone of universal love. It cleanses and expands the heart at all levels in an effort to promote love of all kinds, may that be unconditional love, motherly love, self-love, platonic love, kindness, romantic love, deep inner healing and feelings of peace. Its vibration is nurturing, gentle, comforting, and reassuring. It also carries a peaceful resonance that many people find soothing in times of despair. 8. Malachite is extremely powerful, known as the “stone of transformation”. It is especially helpful in the stimulation of the Heart and Throat.
